John and Jackie Pankraz began Elite Electric, Plumbing & Air in 1988 with a vision of serving others with their experience in the electrical trade. John set up shop in their home and began running service calls in Jackie’s pickup truck. Together, they grew their family-owned and operated business, first in new construction, and then expanding into residential service and installation.
Late in 2004, our team weathered the storm of ravaging hurricanes, Frances and Jean, and stood firm in our commitment to serving our clients and community. As the community started to rebuild and blossom again, we moved forward to accommodate our growth and began serving clients throughout Jupiter.
Responding to the needs of our clients, we added HVAC services in 2009 and proudly became Elite Electric, Plumbing & Air. We have been fortunate to attract outstanding technicians and customer care specialists as we have grown, with each new team member sharing our heart for serving our clients.
In 2021, we took yet another big step in expanding our business. We added plumbing to our service offerings, and officially became Elite Electric, Plumbing & Air!
