He’s professional yet friendly. As did the other technicians, he took the time to walk me through how to maintain my AC between my biannual service and even pointed out an error I was making which could have seriously damaged my AC. IMPRESSIVE! This is the only way I can describe my AC maintenance with Elite Electric, Plumbing and Air. I have always had an air membership with another company for many years and never were my maintenance service appointments this detailed; they were usually in and out of my house in 20 minutes and everything was always "ok." Very meticulous and detailed, my AC, electrical outlets, and plumbing were inspected. After receiving my home health report, certain concerns and repairs were noted and brought to my attention; a picture was also taken to show me. To my surprise, my 2-year-old hot water heater is in need of a repair because the plumber I hired to install a new water heater didn't do a good job installing and welding the copper pipes together. I would never have known! It's nice to know there are still people who take pride in their job skills and care about customers.
