Dave was patient, professional, and expertly addressed my A/C issues. This despite my impatience and expressed frustration around a unit that was installed in January of 2024, so just a year and a half old. Dave got my system running again, for which I am thankful, but after further investigation, it was discovered that the problem still wasn't fully addressed. Enter Machi, another tech who helped to diagnose the problem and provided prompt assistance to have that addressed. The install crew came on a Saturday and made the necessary upgrades to finally get the system in proper working order. I am thankful to Elite for their support, backing their work, and sending additional personnel like the install crew and the highly qualified Machi to follow up as needed.
