I recently had my air conditioner unit inspected by a technician from Elite Electric. The experience was very positive. I received a confirmation by text one day, then the next day I received a call to inform me I would be next on the schedule. They said my technician would notify me when he was on his way, which he did. He arrived on time, and we exchanged a few words of greetings, and then he began the inspection. He kept me informed of what he was doing, then finished up with a summary of what he found and made suggestions for future service to keep the unit running efficiently. This is my second experience with this company. I had a small emergency earlier this year when I discovered my AC was leaking just two days before a planned trip to a family funeral. I called and they sent someone out that same day. The technician found the problem even though it wasn't obvious. He made the repair with parts he had in his truck, and I was free to go on my trip without worrying about my home getting flooded. Altogether, I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism and excellent customer service.
