Absolutely amazing. I can say that Luis Garcia is a GODSEND! My wife called me at work telling me our A/C quit working today. I left early and raced home at 4:45 p.m. with every scenario going through my head. Who will come out for an after-hours call? Who is going to have parts for this at 5 p.m.? Do we need a new condenser? Did the whole system finally die? The normal thought process. As I pull in the driveway I see an Elite van parked in front of my neighbor's house and didn't really want to bother whoever was in it, thinking he was ending his day. I did what I could with the knowledge I have on A/C systems, and at this point I knew I needed help. I approached the van seeing it was still there and Luis rolled his window down with a smile. I asked if he could spare a couple moments to check my capacitor and without hesitation he was out of the van grabbing tools. In 15 minutes he not only fixed my A/C, but earned a customer for life.
