Contacted Elite Electric to tell me if it were possible to place a ducted vent in my kitchen I'm remodeling. My original appointment time was for noon. Due to being held up on another job, my tech didn't get to me until 3. I had to end up calling to see what was up. I'm not faulting or taking away stars, just do better with communication, Elite. The tech they sent out for my project was Luis Garcia. I immediately let him know what I was looking to do, and he began his inspection. He took pictures and showed me what he saw in the space between my ceiling, ultimately telling me my project was possible. He seemed pretty excited about the project, stating he doesn't see it done a lot. He said after his boss talked to his boss, I'd get a quote sent to my email. Luis was extremely professional and considerate of my home while he was there. If the estimate works for me financially, I could be doing business with Elite Electric in the future.

They are doing the ductwork to install my chimney hood above the gas stove we are installing. They have not done the work yet. This was the initial meeting to prepare the proposal. Anthony was outstanding to work with—easy to understand, he took extra time to educate us on things we didn’t even know were an issue to consider. Super polite and professional. 10 out of 10 for us! They have completed the work. The job had a number of challenges once they got in to do the work, yet Ryan and Mike met each challenge. The final product was exactly what we hoped for, and the charges were the same as the proposal. They showed up on time, they cleaned up after, and the work was professional.
