IMPRESSIVE! This is the only way I can describe my AC maintenance with Elite Electric, Plumbing and Air. I have always had an air membership with another company for many years and never were my maintenance service appointments this detailed; they were usually in and out of my house in 20 minutes and everything was always "ok." Very meticulous and detailed, my AC, electrical outlets, and plumbing were inspected. After receiving my home health report, certain concerns and repairs were noted and brought to my attention; a picture was also taken to show me. To my surprise, my 2-year-old hot water heater is in need of a repair because the plumber I hired to install a new water heater didn't do a good job installing and welding the copper pipes together. I would never have known! It's nice to know there are still people who take pride in their job skills and care about customers.

I was very frustrated that it took 4 days to get my A/C properly repaired, especially while dealing with the heat and higher electric costs during that time. However, once Dennis came out, he quickly identified the issue and got everything running perfectly. Garfield came out on a Sunday to replace a circuit breaker for our A/C. Once he completed replacing the breaker, it still tripped, so he did a diagnostic review and found a blown fuse in an outdated disconnect that uses fuel. He went ahead and replaced the outdated part, but the breaker continued to trip once the A/C was powered. He spent a few hours checking everything out until it could be determined that the A/C condenser itself also had a problem. We admire his dedication & patience in trying to find the problem. HVAC tech had to come out!

Andrew did a great job
Andrew did a great job. My AC was out of operation on the hottest day/night the last part of the spring heading into the hot summer months, with record-breaking heat and humidity. On that day, Elite managed to schedule me as soon as possible. Although Andrew had been servicing other customers all day since 7 a.m., he managed to arrive at my place in the late evening, with a service-oriented attitude that was second to none. His courteousness, knowledge, experience, and professionalism was/is greatly appreciated. I used Elite for maintenance/repair before, and they continue to uphold their exceptional service. All that was needed to get my AC running was to replace the capacitor in the condensing unit. I thought the price for doing this simple job was too high. Although their prices are on the high end, with the additional need to pay for overhead expenses, as most AC chains are, I am satisfied with the service. Thanks!
