Excellent service by Mr. Ezra Forte. Very knowledgeable and explained my problem and all options for me. Such a nice guy. Even broke down the price which wasn't as high as I was expecting. In the same day he installed my new heater, I was expecting to have to schedule something. Also, he gave me a few reasonable quotes for other problems I have. I will definitely use Elite in the future and request Ezra, their front desk and technicians are good people.
