Dave was absolutely terrific in his service-minded approach to take care of the scheduled maintenance. His delightful, pleasant personality and dogged determination to fix the drainage problem of the condensation line was proof positive of someone who wants a job completed correctly without shortcuts. His service attitude is something to be admired in the trades today. I will ask for him, and him alone, to continue my maintenance service.

Scott Solved Our Major Drain Issue Feb 22, 2022

Major residential drain issue (it was to us at least) that was diagnosed and ultimately solved due to Scott, our experienced savvy technician. After an unsuccessful visit from a competitor, to remain unnamed (but has a number of R's in its name), Scott listened and went to work. He discovered the blockage was the responsibility of Lox. River Dist and advised us to notify. We did, and LRD responded in 40 mins to flush the drain they were responsible for... all good! BTW - we never heard back from rolling R's company. A blessing in disguise..... thanks again Scott!
