I needed an estimate to provide a new 60 amp electric service to the back of my house for a new heat pump I was installing. The Elite Electric team that came to the house could not have been more knowledgeable and professional. They surveyed the existing electrical service and provided options and associated costs for various solutions and presented financing options. We replaced our AC with them. A couple of days later we had an issue and they said something was defective and they needed to replace a piece. They ordered it, it took around a week to arrive and, in the meantime, we had no AC. At the time I didn’t know that when that happens the company should supply you with window units. That’s my only complaint about them. Overall, good people and the technicians are very polite.
