Friendly and Professional Technicians
Tyler came out late in the evening Thursday night and got all the necessary information to get parts for my A/C as soon as possible. I was expecting to wait until midweek, but the parts were available a couple of days later, and a second technician came out and completed the repair much sooner than expected. You may have to wait a bit if the technician is still on a previous job, but they do pretty well with providing same-day service. All the technicians we have had from Elite are very friendly and professional. Tyler has helped us more than once and always provides great service.
