Very professional. The 3-man team arrived on time. They explained the process and proceeded to remove the old 3-ton HVAC system and install the new one. They were finished in 4 hours. Everything was cleaned up. They reprogrammed my smart thermostat and explained the operation of the 2-stage HVAC system. I highly recommend Elite Electrical Plumbing and Air.

I know most places when they leave a review they say a 5 for having nothing but great reviews for their service. However, I wish you had a 10 because even that doesn't say how thankful and amazing your service has been. Down to each person I spoke with at dispatch, down to Joe for the electrical work that he spent two full days from sun up to sun down working his butt off and was nothing but kind and had no complaints even in the 1000-degree weather. Brian, who installed my water heater, was so personable and made sure he gave me all my options and was straightforward, which you NEVER see these days. The AC techs that came as they all three worked together on a hot Friday to make sure my install was done for everything were nothing short of kind and respectful. I felt like there was something I should do for them being as amazing and making this process as easy as possible despite the large unexpected cost. I literally have nothing short of HIGH praises and I wish I could do more to thank those who gained my TRUST and who literally was amazing throughout this whole process. I hope I don't have anything else go wrong, but if I do, I am CONFIDENT and so grateful knowing I have a team who's here for my home whenever. With extreme gratitude to the whole team, I cannot thank Brian R and Joe G for their amazing work and overall respect. They made my experience a 10-star.
